Joseph Adam "Joe" Jonas (born August 15, 1989) shares the lead singer role with his younger brother Nick of the Jonas Brothers, a boy band made up of him and his two brothers, Nick and Kevin.

Acting career
On August 17, 2007, Joe, along with his brothers, guest starred in an episode of Hannah Montana. The episode debuted alongside High School Musical 2 and a sneak peek of the new Disney Channel show Phineas and Ferb.[1] The episode broke basic cable records with a record 10.7 million viewers and became basic cable's most watched series telecast ever.[2]
Joe and his brothers, filmed a Disney Channel Original Movie called Camp Rock where they play a band called "Connect Three." Joe plays the lead male role and lead singer "Shane Gray"; Nick plays the role of "Nate," a guitarist; and Kevin plays the role of "Jason," also a guitarist. A soundtrack for the movie was released on June 17, 2008.
The Disney Channel reality short series, Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream, premiered on Disney Channel on May 16, 2008. The show, which will tentatively run until September 5, 2008, documents the brothers' lives on the Look Me In The Eyes Tour, the name was inspired by the band's hit song When You Look Me in the Eyes.
Joe, along with his three brothers Kevin, Nick and Frankie will also be starring in their own Disney Channel Original Series entitled, J.O.N.A.S., which they are currently filming.[citation needed]
Personal life
In September of 2006, AJ Michalka from pop-duo Aly & AJ revealed that she and Joe had been dating for several months. [3].
Joe used to date singer Taylor Swift. She later confirmed to US Weekly that he broke up with her. In an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Taylor remarked that Joe had broken up with her over the phone in 25 seconds saying "When I look at that person, I'm not even going to remember the boy who broke up with me over the phone in 25 seconds when I was 18," But Joe claims, "I called to discuss feelings with the other person, and obviously these feelings were not well received. I did not end the phone call. Someone else ended it for me. Phone calls only last as long as the person on the other end is willing to talk. A phone call can be pretty short when someone ends the call. The only difference in this conversation was that I shared something the other person did not want to hear." Joe also disagrees with the claims from Taylor and others that he cheated on her with Camilla. He says, "I never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply that I did, but it is simply not true. Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would cause you to think less of me." This had come from a MySpace blog that was removed Friday afternoon. Swift says Jonas inspired one heartbreak song from her new album "Fearless". But now she has said she moved on. Joe says he wishes Taylor the best, and has tried to call her since, but has gotten no response.

Zoe: *Thinking to herself* OMG Kevin Jonas just kissed me and but what?, I have to say something. Zoe: Kevin why did you just kiss me, I am dating your brother.
