Recap: Nick got kidnapped. D to the R to the A-M-A _____________________________ { Nick's Pov } I got knocked out. Darkness. I was slowly slipping out of unconsisnous. I opened my eyes. And saw a blonde skinny girl about 16 years old... Hannah... my horrible slut of an ex girlfriend I couldn't talk because i was tied to a chair, blankets over me and a sock stuffed in my mouth. Hannah- You're probably wondering why and how im doing this I nodded Hannah- I did this by kidnapping you and knocking you out. I just sat there waiting the next answer, furious and outraging Hannah- I did it cause i love you Nick Jonas She took the sock out of my mouth and sat on my lap and started to kiss me I resitied by moving my head side to side. That didn't last long. She quickly grabbed my head firmly and held it and kissed me. It wasn't romantic at all It was discusting and powerfully hard. She finally let go and turned around doing something i couldn't see. I quickly untied the rope that wasn't tied that good. I got it untied but stayed on the seat to trick her. Nick- You know baby its getting hot in this room. And i think i know why. Maybe we could open a window or door.? She turned around and smiled. She opened the door and same towards me. When i was right about to run out the door, she kissed me and wouldn't stop. I pretended to kisss bak, trying to trick her. I ran out the door and ran as fast i could. I was such in a rush , i ran all the way home. { With Emily When ^^ Was going On- } { Emily's POV } I didn't know what to do. I emmdiatly called home. No answer.. I texted Carolina. Carolina said Joe got sick off the roller coasters and that they were home. I drove home by myself. When i got home, i didn't know what do. Emily- CAROLINA! I yelled Joe came downstairs with a bottle of ginger ale Joe- hey she went out. Whats up with you? Emily- Someone kidnapped Nick! Joe- How did that happen? Emily- I don't know I was about to crying, but i held it in. But not for long. I slowly let the tears falls down my check. Joe saw it and said Joe- Oh Em its ok i'm sure he's ok Emily- YOU DON"T KNOW THAT! I basicly screamed Joe- I don't but i have faith im right Just then he grabbed my waist and hugged me, in a friendly way. I cryed into his chest. He stroked my hair and said "Em it'll be ok. I hate to see you like this" I looked at him and saw him with caring and seriosu eyes Suddenly, he leaned in closer to my face. And Closer And Closer And then We kissed I didn't know what to do, but i did kiss bak. I was already upset so my kissing back didn't last very long. He kept kissing me and put his hand on my check. He pulled away while staring into my eyes. He pulled in Closer and Closer again and we kissed again this time i kissed back, and it was more pasionate. It was more loving and caring. I heard the front door slam open and closed, but it seemed like Joe didn't care. He keep kissing me with basicly all his might... I heard footsteps getting closer and closer ???'s POV- I opened the front door and slammed it, fruious about today. It was nothing as i expected. I quickly locked the door. I ran upstairs but i looked through the crack of the door that was open, and i oculdn't believe what my eyes just saw... So cliffie much? lol So who is the mystery person? Nick?" I said standing up and walking to the door. The officer ushered me out, "Joe, I believe, is in the waiting room and Nick is being kept over night, he may need to go into trial," he said looking at a nearby schedule, "wait, why is he going into trial?" I asked. He just shook his head, "no more questions Mr Jonas, you need to leave," and disappeared into the room opposite. I stood there for a minute trying to put my head around the fact that my youngest brother might be going to prison. I walked, in a daze, to the waiting room, "KEVIN!" I heard someone shout and before I could look up, I had a face full of long blonde hair, "oh my god Kevin, I was so worried," it turned out to be Charlotte. I gently put my hands on her face and kissed her like I never had before, "I missed you," I whispered into her ear as I pulled her into another hug. I could hear her breathing deeply from the kiss, "it's only been 4 hours but I missed you too," she said burying her face into my chest. I kissed her forehead and pulled her back over to where Joe and Maddie were sitting. "You okay bro?" I said giving his shoulder a squeeze, he looked up and smiled weakly, "well questioning was tough but I'll get over it," he said as Maddie wrapped her arms around him, "I love you," she said and kissed his shoulder. He looked down at her as she rested her head on his arm, "I love you too," he said quietly, she fiddled with a loose thread on her sleeve until she realized what he just said. She quickly looked up at him, "what did you just say?" she asked shocked, he smiled and reached over to tuck a loose strand of hair behind her ear, "I love you too," he repeated even more quietly. She looked at him and then burst into tears, "really?" she said grabbing his hand. He pulled her into a hug and held the back the back of her head to his chest, "really," he whispered. She sobbed even more and put her arms around his waist whilst he hummed what sounded like a lullaby and stroked her hair, "erm Kevin what you staring at?" he said, I didn't realize I had been staring at them the whole time with my mouth open slightly, "erm...nothing...er, do you wanna go home then?" I said turning back to Charlotte, she nodded and I turned back to Joe, "I'm calling a taxi, you coming?" they nodded and I suddenly noticed something, "where's Amelia?" I said scanning the room, I looked back and they were exchanging guilty looks, "well, when they told us Nick would have to be kept over night, she sort of got upset and ran out. We ran after her but she just disappeared." Joe mumbled. I shook my head and sighed, "lets hope she's gone straight home, come on lets go," I said and walked towards the door pulling Charlotte by the hand, the others stood up and followed silently. I opened the door and immediately saw someone sitting on the steps, "Amelia?" I said running up to her, she looked at me with swollen red eyes and tears poring down her face, "Amelia come on, lets go home," I said putting a hand on her shoulder, she shook her head and burst into fresh tears, "I..I..I don't t..think I c..can leave him here," she managed to say as she sobbed uncontrollably. Charlotte bent down and put an arm around her, "look he's going to be fine, they'll call us if they make any rash decisions, don't worry. He's strong and I'm sure he doesn't want you to get all upset," she said tugging gently on her arm, "come on, lets get you home," she added and she and Amelia stood up, "I cant believe they're keeping him here, he didn't do anything!" she said crying into Charlottes shoulder, I shrugged, "unfortunately I was told that Nick's got a criminal record, they've taken that into account plus what happened today," I said quietly, I really didn't want to think about Nick going to prison. Just then the taxi pulled up and we all piled into it, "so your telling me Nick might go to prison?!" she choked, I looked away as tears filled my eyes, "I don't know...I really don't know," I sighed... ----------------------------- sorry just a filler, it will get more interesting in the next chapter! please comment, rate and subscribe, thank you! :)

[Joe's POV] About a week later from our dinner with Julia and Taylor, me and Melis were taking a walk in the park. I'm not sure what 'vibe' I got from Taylor and Julia when I told them the news...but I hoped it was a good one. I grabbed Melissa's hand and held it tightly as we walked. We watched the little kids run around on the big field. I looked down and Melissa and she smiled up at me. "I have a question" I said to her as we walked. "Yeah?" she asked curiously. "Would you ever want to have kids?" I asked. She hesitated. "Um...yeah" she said slowly. I had a feeling she was just saying that cause I mentioned I wanted some a week earlier. "No you don't" I said and smiling, knowing I was right. She smiled and lsughed. "Yes I do!" she defended. "No you don't" I said again. She gave me her sexy smile she always gave me before she came up with something that had to do with us. "Well if it means" she said and stopped. "Then yes, I do" Melissa finished. I smiled big, knowing what she was thinking. I knew I didn't want to 'have kids' until we were married, but I had a feeling she wanted to do it before we did. I wasn't sure. I guess I'll find out soon. The next night it was about 9pm. I was working out in the gym when I got a text from Melissa from my house she was at. 'I ned u now' it said. I got worried. "What's wrong?" I texted back...yes, I use good grammer thank you, and Melissa hated it. "im sck i ned u" her text replyed. 'I'm coming' I texted back and grabbed a cab. I arrived and was walking up the driveway when I got another text. 'HURRY! Come to the bedroom' it said I started to run. I got into the house, kicked my shoes off and ran upstairs. I tried the door and it was locked. "Melissa baby you there?" I said through the door. The door opened and her head peaked out. "Are you ok?" I asked scared, but then she opened the door all the way an I realized what she was wearing. She wore a seethrough robe, very short. She smiled at me like that again. "What's wrong?" I asked, very distracted....I could hardly speak. "I need YOU" she said as she took my shirt off and kissed my neck. As the silk robe went against my chest I got turned on...I mean cmon it felt amazing. As she led me to the bed still kissing me and we fell with me on top of her. I was about to stop when she started to bite my neck...ugh god, she's knows what gets me... Before I knew it my pants were off and we were in a serious makeout session. "Melissa" I struggled to say. "What babe" she asked kissing and biting my chest. "I don't think....we should do this" I said to her. "Why?" she asked patheticly. "Cause I" she cut me off. "Don't you want this?" she said and took off her robe. The thing was is i DID want that. She fell onto me and put her hand through my hair as her other hand pushed onto my chest. "Melis, cm'on" I said to her but she kept doing what she was doing. I felt I had to go along. "Oh...ok" she said. That smile came again. She went down and used her teeth to take off my boxers. "Melis I can't do this" I said to her and tried to push her off. Ugh I didn't have the strength to. "Why not?" she asked and started to rub herself against me. I couldn't take the chance. "Cause, you know my promise I made" I said and used my mental strangth and pushed her off of me. "But cmon, you know you want this, its not that hard" she said with an evil smile. I sighed, trying to resist. "No, I mean I do, but not now....ok...I can't take the chance of you getting pregnant" I said to her. "Well we're getting married, right? So why does it matter?" she said and a smile grew on her face as she moved closer. I sighed as I had to face the negativity. "Well, I don't know that...we don't know that..it's just safer to do it when you are officailly married" I said. Ugh here we go. She gave me a dirty[rude] look, and got up and put her clothes on. "Fine, jerk." she said strictly as she walked out the bedroom. I heard the front door slam and her car drive away. I had a feelings things were going to change.... I wasn't sure what things though... Episode 2; JOES P.O.V I walked around to the back porch and couldnt believe what I saw. Some brother Nick was. I decided not to walk in, no, but nothing was stopping me from taking out my cell phone and pressing video... NICKS P.O.V Wow I couldnt believe I was actually kissing Fallon. After a couple of minutes I pulled away and smiled. So did Fallon. I looked at her for alittle while and flipped her over so she was on the couch and I was standing up. Then I was shocked back into reality Ohmygosh Fallon Im so sorry I just- then I saw who was standing on the back porch with a video camera giving me the dirtiest look I ever saw in my life. Excuse me for a minute I said to Fallon as I walked outside. Before Fallon could even stand up, my brother Joe had me in a headlock down on the concrete outside of Fallons house... JOE P.O.V YOU BACKSTABBING LITTLE BASTARD! I shouted this at Nick as I punched his weasely guts out. He knew I liked Demi, how could he do this to me? FALLONS P.O.V Nick Jonas just kissed me. Nick Jonas just kissed, I, Fallon Stone. Official school nobody and class geek. NICK JONAS FREAKIN KISSED ME! TAKE THAT HIGH SCHOOL! I had about two seconds to enjoy this little moment before Nick flipped me over onto the couch and walked outside into a fist fight with... his brother Joe? Joe and Nick werent the closest of brothers but they were definitely friendly. DIIINGGGG DOOONNGGG! My doorbell rang saying it was 7:00 and my friend Demi was here. Demi attends this wacko performing arts Montessori type school so her schedule is alittle different then mine. She lives with me and my family since her parents divorced and neither wanted to keep her. Shes insanely talented and has this big crush on Joe, so she leaves school early on Tuesdays so she can talk to Joe as he picks up Nick.... Oh the things I do for friendship. DEMIS P.O.V Uggh I hate Tuesdays. I had to fight like you wouldnt believe to have the privilege of early dismissal on Tuesdays just to see the love of my life Joe Jonas. Yea, Im pretty dang pathetic. So I hurried to Fallon/My house hoping I wasnt too late. Hey, how do I look? I asked Fallon as she opened the door Yes my day was great, and yours? Is Joe here yet? No he died in a plane crash this morning but told me to tell you he has loved you his whole life and was going to ask you to be his girlfriend tonight if this hadnt happened. WHAT? Im kidding Dems, hes in the back having a fistfight with Nick, who I just kissed in case you were wondering. Kay thanks Fallon *runs past her, stops, runs back* Did you say fistfight? Yup Oh. JOES P.O.V So after pounding Nick mercilessly for awhile, I walked into Fallons house and saw Demi. You know Demi, you could have TOLD me! Im sorry if I did anything wrong. UGGH! YEA! Well it means NOTHING now! I said as I stomped out the front door, back to my house. NICKS P.O.V Joe, Joe, Joe. My very WEIRD and FREAKY brother. After BEATING ME SENSELESS for about 15 minutes for NO APPARENT REASON, he ran inside Fallons house to get his stuff, and Fallons best friend Demi (who he has a crush on) had the terrible luck of standing right there and then he started yelling at her, but who cares about Joe? Lets talk about Fallon. I bet she hates me now. Who do I think I am? Randomly kissing her for NO reason? I bet she thinks Im a player now and I have even LESS of a chance with her. Not that I care.... Because, well because I dont LIKE her, okay? DEMIS P.O.V I thought I looked pretty cute, but I guess not since the MINUTE I walked in Joe started yelling at me about how I dont like him? or could have told him something? About two seconds later Nick came running through the living room with a black eye. Where is my BROTHER! He shouted at me like he was a caveman Oh my GOD Why is everyone YELLING at me! I shouted Then Fallon, completely cool and normal said Oh Hello Nicholas, yea Joe just left, he walked right out that door. Thankyou Nick said as he began to run out of the house, but Fallon caught him in a...was that a hug? Then she did something I never though I would EVER see MY BEST FRIEND Fallon do EVER.
