After English I met up with the girls at the café drinking nothing but coffee. "Hi" I greeted them sitting down "I heard Nicks here" Caroline approached the subject I pulled out my books and started studying "Put the book away" Sydney ordered (A.N haha Sydney you always say that) "Yo" Andrea said sitting down beside me "We have exams and your still studying even though you just finished your last exam" Andrea sighed "Im studying till I get my grade I dont want to fail" I said looking into her eyes "Oh I heard Nick Jonas is here" Andrea said going into her own little day dream "Yeah my boyfriend is here schocker" I rolled my eyes "he's taking me to dinner" I smiled "Oh my god hes going to propose" Andrea squealed and the others joined in "Hey what are they squealing about" Nick came up and sat down beside me intertwining our fingers "They think your going to ask me something tonight at dinner" I rolled my eyes leaning against him my head against his shoulder "Oh" he said and looked over at Andrea who looked back but then Michelle brought me into some kind of conversation about our english literature exam Maggies P.O.V (Her room mate) Later that night Kylie came out in a gorgeous pink silk dress that went to about mid-thigh with black hige heels. Her hair was curled at her sides and her eyes were sparkling as she smiled to Nick. She looked gorgeous and they looked so cute toghther. "I'll get Joe to come keep you company" She laughed and took Nicks hand in hers and he kissed it and they walked out of the room minutes later Joe came and she was not joking Andreas P.O.V Michelle , Sydney, Caroline and myself had decided to follow them to the restaurantl luckily we all have jobs there or it would be nearly impossible. That is the reason Nick chose this place because he knew she would want to be with her friends. I was the only one he told but then he told me to tell the others so i did and they started screaming. I didn;t know why Maggie backed out last minute something about Joe Jonas coming to see her Kylie sent him there to keep her company. After that i saw them walk through the door and Kylie looked GORGEOUS as always. Of course i had to be the host and take them to there seats. I got them a nice quiet table and Nick siad he had to go to the bathroom as i walked away we met up in the kitchen. "Change of plan" He said leaning his hand on the counter "What" I gasped at him "From your Screaming in the cafe she expect it" He said giving me a stern look as C and S walked over with M leading the way "oh idea" Michelle clapped her hand toghther "You should take her for a walk on the beach at sunset because when we were little she always told me that her idea of perfect proposal was them walking in the moon light on the beach just the 2 of you" Michelle smiled at me "Perfect" Nick smiled and gave us all a hug then walked back to Kylie Kylies P.O.V We started walking down the beach in the moonlight shoes in hand his hand in my other hand. We came to the middle of the beach where the water splashed over our feet and he turned to face me.He leaned in to kiss me grabbing my other hand so my shoes fell to the ground. He puled away and slid down on one knee. My eyes stayed open with schock or else i would faint right now. "Kylie Jessica Hampton I have loved you my whole life and will continue to love you" He said smiling at me "Will you marry me" "Yes" I whispered to him and he stood up placing the ring on my finger then kissed me passionatly. We got back to my doorm room hand in hand where Joe, Maggie, Sydney,Caroline, Michelle.Andrea, and Kevin...Wait Kevin was here in my doorm room all smiling. "Well" Maggie was like bouncing in her seat next to joe "Im going on tour with the boys" I smiled acting like he didn;t ask there faces fell and i looked at Nick and he nodded "Im going to be married to a rock star" I said it as if it were nothing and Nick pulled me closer as the girl stole me away and my hand slipped away from his I looked at him standing there while my friends jumped up and down around me my eyes got separeted from his as Michelle hugged me. I bit my lip as they continued to scream until our dorm adivisor came in "What is going on" She asked the screaming girls "and no boys after 10" "But Katelyn, Kylie is getting married" Michelle goraned "What" Katelyn asked "Shes getting married to Nick Jonas and were celebrating Nicks prposal because they jsut got home" Andrea continued "Okay fine" Katelyn sid leaving and i walked over to Nick before they could teal me away again and this time he wrapped his arms around my waist so it was harder for them to get him away from me

LOS ANGELES "SpongeBob SquarePants" might get squeezed off Time Warner Cable. Media giant Viacom Inc. said its Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central and 16 other channels will go dark for 13 million subscribers at 12:01 a.m. Thursday if a new carriage fee deal with Time Warner Cable Inc. is not agreed upon by then. The impasse would mean "SpongeBob" and other popular shows like Jon Stewart's "The Daily Show" and Stephen Colbert's "The Colbert Report" will be cut off on the nation's second-largest cable operator. Time Warner Cable primarily serves people in New York state, the Carolinas, Ohio, Southern California and Texas. Viacom has asked for fee increases of between 22 percent and 36 percent per channel, or a total of $39 million more, an amount that could increase customers' cable bills, said Time Warner Cable spokesman Alex Dudley. "The issue is that they have asked for an exorbitant increase in their carriage fees and their network ratings are sagging," Dudley said. "Basically we're trying to hold the line for our customer." Viacom spokeswoman Kelly McAndrew disputed the figure, saying Viacom requested an increase in the very low double-digit percentage range. Viacom said the increases would cost an extra 23 cents a month per subscriber. It said that Americans spend a fifth of their TV time watching Viacom shows but its fees make up less than 2.5 percent of the Time Warner cable bill. "We make this request because Time Warner Cable has so greatly undervalued our channels for so long," Viacom said. "Ultimately, however, if Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, MTV and the rest of our programming is discontinued — over less than a penny per day — we believe viewers will see this behavior by their cable company as outrageous," Viacom said. Time Warner Cable's Dudley said Viacom rejected his company's proposal to extend the contract while the sides continue to negotiate. Instead, Viacom appealed directly to Time Warner Cable's customers, with TV ads in major markets. In Wednesday's New York Times, the company ran a full-page, color advertisement with Nickelodeon's animated bilingual heroine "Dora the Explorer" crying and clinging to her monkey pal, Boots. "Why is Dora crying?" the ad asks. "Time Warner Cable is taking Dora off the air tonight!" The ad urges viewers to call Time Warner Cable and demand that their favorite shows remain on the air. If the shows go dark after midnight, Time Warner Cable will send people to the Internet to catch episodes. Dudley said the cable operator also will make available a video teaching people how to hook their computers up to the TV to watch online shows — a tactic it used during a contract dispute with broadcaster LIN TV in October. Part of the disagreement is that most of Viacom's popular shows are rerun on Web sites where Viacom collects advertising revenue that it does not share with Time Warner, Dudley said. "We don't think that's fair," he said. Viacom has staked much of its revenue-growth prospects on its ability to extract higher carriage rates out of its cable and satellite affiliates despite an ad slowdown and weak ratings. In the third quarter, media network revenue, which accounts for about two-thirds of Viacom's total, grew 6 percent to $2.1 billion, despite global ad revenue falling 2 percent, largely because of double-digit percentage growth in affiliate fees and the success of its "Rock Band" video game. Viacom shares rose 45 cents, 2.3 percent, to $19.71 in late morning trading Wednesday. Time Warner Cable shares lost 39 cents, 1.8 percent, to $21.37.
